About me
Heidi Krutzen is Principal Harp of the Philharmonia Orchestra, performing and touring internationally. She serves as guest principal harp with the Academy of St Martin in the Fields and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. With COULOIR and Trio Verlaine, she tours widely, records extensively, and appears at festivals including the Edinburgh International Festival, Ottawa Chamberfest, and Seattle Chamber Music Society. Committed to contemporary music, she has commissioned numerous new works to expand the harp repertoire championing Canada’s great composers.
