About me
Rebekah Wolkstein is a passionate chamber musician and a multi-award winning creative force in the Canadian music scene — a violinist, vocalist, songwriter, and composer. She serves as first violinist of the Venuti String Quartet, and has performed with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, the National Ballet of Canada, and the Canadian Opera Company. She can be heard on numerous JUNO and Grammy-winning recordings, and as is founder of other varied ensembles. She holds a DMA from the University of Toronto; and degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music.
