About me
Canadian harpist Phoebe Powell has been Principal Harpist of the Sarasota Orchestra since 2023, previously holding the same position with the New World Symphony (2020–2023). She has performed with the Chicago, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Atlanta, and Toronto Symphony Orchestras, and appears regularly at the Sun Valley and Grand Teton Music Festivals. Ms. Powell holds a Bachelor of Music and Artist Diploma from The Glenn Gould School, Toronto, where she studied with Judy Loman and Heidi Bearcroft.
