About me
Nancy Allen has enjoyed 50 years as a soloist, 25 years with The New York Philharmonic and over 40 years leading the harp department of The Juilliard School. Her students fill principal harp positions in major symphonies and conservatories across the globe, carrying forward the legacies of legendary harpists Pearl Chertok, Marcel Grandjany, Susann McDonald, Lily Laskine and Jane Weidensaul, while influencing and inspiring generations of harpists.
