About me
Gráinne Hambly is an internationally recognised exponent of the Irish harp. She holds the Master of Music degree in Musicology from Queen’s University Belfast, and the Graduate Diploma in Education (Music) from the University of Limerick. Her main research topic was folk music collections and the harp in 18th-century Ireland. Gráinne has been playing Irish harp professionally for over 20 years, performing and teaching in Asia, the British Isles, mainland Europe, and North and South America.
