About me
Ellie is 15 and began playing the harp at age 8 in Hong Kong. After moving to Vancouver,Canada, she now studies with Rosanna Chiu at the Vancouver Academy of Music. Ellie performed as harpist for United Players’“Christmas in Wales” in 2023. She won first place with scholarships at the Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals and received several VAM scholarships between 2023 and 2026. She joined the Vancouver Pops Orchestra in 2024 and the VAM Symphony Orchestra for the 2025–2026 season.
