About me
François Jalbert is a Montreal-based guitarist, composer, and producer. Often described as a "chameleon" musician, he enjoys—or at least tries to—navigate a multitude of styles: folk, jazz, progressive rock, electroacoustic, swing, bluegrass, old-time, and even gypsy jazz. He currently works—or has worked—with a wide variety of artists, both well-known and lesser-known, in Canada and the United States. He has contributed to the creation of more than thirty-five albums at various levels, including eight as a composer.
