About me
Charlene Cao is a freshman at Smithtown High School East in St. James, NY. She serves as principal harpist of the Metropolitan Youth Orchestra of New York, Suffolk Principal Orchestra. She began studying the harp at age seven. With a strong foundation in both solo and ensemble playing, she continues her studies with Ms. Karen Lindquist. Passionate about music, Charlene is dedicated to refining her technique and deepening her musical expression while actively participating in her school and orchestra communities.
