About me
Leading international harpist, Dr Anne-Marie O’Farrell is recognized for her innovations on lever harp, demonstrated in her
substantial output of publications and recordings. She has been commissioned to compose several large-scale works
featuring the harp. Her compositions have been performed by BBC Concert Orchestra, Liverpool Philharmonic, BBC
National Orchestral of Wales, BBC Singers, National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, and numerous others. She is Head of
Harp at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester UK.
