About me
Angela Schwarzkopf concertizes throughout North America as soloist, chamber, and orchestral musician. She is the guest principal harpist of the National Arts Centre Orchestra, Ottawa, and principal harpist with the London, Ontario, Symphonia. Angela is the first harpist to earn the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Canada. She teaches at the University of Toronto. Her album, detach, won a 2020 JUNO award. Her second album lumena, with The Topaz Duo, was one of CBC’s top 22 albums of 2022.
