About me
Robbin Gordon-Cartier leads the harp program in the East Orange (NJ) School District at the Cicely Tyson School of Performing and Fine Arts. Gordon-Cartier’s performing career includes appearances at Carnegie Hall and Alice Tully Hall in New York City; the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ; for the Pablo Casals Festival in Puerto Rico, and with the National Symphony Orchestra of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As a Salvi Concert Artist, Ms. Gordon-Cartier has presented master classes and concerts in Bogota, Columbia for the Salvi Harp Foundation. She is a frequent presenter at harp festivals across the U.S. Ms. Gordon-Cartier holds the Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education and the Master of Music degree in Harp Performance, both from Montclair State University, Montclair, New Jersey.
