The Vancouver Academy of Music Student Harp Ensemble serves students ages 8-18 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ensemble welcomes harp students at all levels for both lever harp and pedal harp. Directed by Rosanna Chiu and Joy Yeh, the ensemble performs regularly in celebrated events including the VAM Harp Fest, Vancouver Harp Day, and the Kiwanis Festival. As both a composer and arts administrator Joseph’s interests lie in making Canadian contemporary music broadly accessible to the public. He joined CMC Canada, eventually becoming theCoordinator of Music Services and Events. He became the Director ofthe Ontario Region in 2022. 

This "speed dating" session with composers from North America and abroad allows attendees short individual consultations with the composer participants, to explore creative collaborations, inspire creativity, and strengthen networks across disciplines.
