 The Street is fourteen meditations on the Stations of the Cross, music composed by Nico Muhly, text/libretto by Alice Goodman. The Street was commissioned by King’s College, Cambridge, with the generous support of the American Harp Society, the Association of Anglican Musicians, Michael Davidson and Benedict Cadbury. First performed on April 16, 2022 and recorded by Parker Ramsay. The first performance was given on 16 April 2022. 


Note: This church is approximately a 40 minute walk from the Sheraton. It is 16 minutes by Metro.
  1. Walk 4 minutes to the Osgoode Metro Station.

Through music, it explores themes of psychological pressure, the restriction of rights, humanity’s reconnection with nature, the impact of lockdowns, the realities of war, and deep reflections on love, death, and eternity.
