About me
The Urban Youth Harp Ensemble delivers quality musical instruction on the harp, developing music reading skills and musicianship in students across Atlanta, Georgia, at no cost to the students. The 501c3 non-profit organization was founded in 2000 and currently serves over 90 students in 11 classes across 3 schools. Over 500 students have been exposed to the harp in the UYHE’s 25 year history . The Urban Youth Harp Ensemble from Drew Charter School is led by directors Dr. Molly O'Roark and Dr. Jennifer Betzer.
