About me
Music Generation Mayo Harp Ensemble is made up of young musicians aged 10-18 years hailing from all parts of County Mayo Ireland, directed by acclaimed musicians Gráinne Hambly and William Jackson. Recent performances include annual Harp Day performances at Foxford Traditional Weekend,An Chúirt Chruitireachta, Tionól for Harps and Pipes, and World Harp Congress in Cardiff, July 2022. In 2025 the ensemble was honoured to perform support for trad supergroup BIIRD at their sold-out show in Claremorris Townhall Theatre.
