About me
Arc de Temps is a harp duo born from a shared passion for historical harps. Viktor Hartobanu & Erik Groenestein-Hendriks met during a Ring project with their Erard instruments. Their Toronto program explores César Franck's boundless musical mind—bridging Baroque grace and Belle Époque richness—translating his search for beauty into the shimmering dialogue of two harps. Next season, Arc de Temps joins soprano Åsa Jäger for Strauss Vier letzte Lieder, Wagners Wesendonck Lieder, and a new arrangement of Rachmaninov's Isle of the Dead.
